We are conveniently located near I20 in Lexington, SC. We are between the traffic circle on Mineral Springs and Hwy 1, right behind Four Oaks Farm.

Our personal property backs up to the storage lot, so you’ll get personal surveillance from the chickens and audible alerts from the Great Danes (as well as someone around to keep an eye out pretty much all the time).

We have spaces for small to large items – even special spaces that are wider and have additional turnaround room for items longer than 35ft.

No. All of our leases are month to month.
Will I have a dedicated space?
Yes, you will be assigned a space. When you’re not there, no one is there.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide a 30-day notice to cancel so that we have time to remove you from the automated billing system.
Are there covered spaces?
Not at this time.
Do you offer power or water connections?
We do not currently offer power and water, but those connections are coming in the near future on a limited basis.
Are there daily or weekly rates?
We do not have standard daily or weekly rates, but we’re happy to work with you if we have space available. Call our office at 803.233.3373 to discuss.
